baking on sunday: butter cake
baking a cake has never been this momentous since the last time i had one with mom, years ago. now, with my own hands, in my own home, i made this for my cute little family.
i mixed 200 gr of butter and around 100 gr of sugar. then poured around 225 gr of flour and 3 eggs slowly in the mixer of butter and sugar. put another bit of baking powder, then mixed it up till they were all blend together. preheat the oven 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then turn it down to 180 degrees Celsius for 25 more minutes till it's done.
even there's a crack on the cake, me and hubby eat it like crazy. nothing beats sunday morning at home, laughing, and eating this hot from the oven butter cake with hubby and ai :)
