Baking on Sunday: Sweet Potato Cheese Cake

Sunday at home. The baby is asleep and I need something to eat. I found some sweet potatoes left on the kitchen. So I think, why not?

Sweet Potato Cheese Cake

3 eggs

250gr of butter

200gr of multi purposed flour

sugar as i like

4 small sweet potatoes

baking powder

salt

cheese

it's simply like making the other cake. but first, i steam the sweet potato and mash it.

preheat the oven 190 degree celcius

beat the butter and sugar, pour some flour, pinch of salt, baking powder and eggs in return

combine it with the sweet potato. beat till it's all mixed well

spread some cheese as the topping

bake for about 15 minutes

put it to 160 degree celcius, and bake it again for about 30 minutes or till it's done
