day 3: SAMBAL BAKED FUSSILI
it's day 3 of my cooking project #onedayonenewrecipe #to try and it's time for pasta!
this appetizer is also suitable for breakfast or snacks for your working time. like always, it's soooooo easy to do.
SAMBAL BAKED FUSSILI
(for 20 cups)
- 500 grams of fussili
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 glass of non sugar milk
- 2 tbs of butter, melted
- 1 tbs of oil
- pepper and salt
- some slices of meatball
- sambal terasi (you can use the instant one or make your own sambal)
how to make it?
- boil the water and cook fussili till it's done. pour 1 tbs of oil so it won't be sticky one to another.
- for the sauce, mix the eggs, milk, butter, pepper, salt and sambal terasi as you like.
- preheat the oven in 190 celcius degree.
- mix fussili with the sauce and pour it into a muffin tray / muffin cup. spread some meatball slices on the top.
- bake it for about 30 minutes or till it's cooked well.
- voila!
