7 DAYS JAMIE OLIVER'S 15 MINUTES RECIPE CHALLENGE

Hi guys, how you've been? Hope you are all in a good condition, safe and sound. We are here celebrating our Ied since 2 days ago. 


For you guys who doesn't know about Ied and Islamic Holiday, I will share a short story. So last month, we have a Ramadan, a holy Islamic month, where we, moslem, need to fast from the Fajr till Magrib or the dawn, for the last 30 days. This fasting month are a very holy month, where we learn more about holding back, giving and sharing. And after 1 month of fasting, we are celebrating Ied Al-Fitr (1 Syawal). This holiday bring us to the pureness of heart, the forgiveness, the togetherness. And even we cannot be together with the big fam, we did some online celebration here and there to keep the spirit alive. 

For you who are also celebrating Ied, me and my family wanna say, IED MUBARAK! May Allah ease our way, pure our heart and guide us to the goodness in life. 


So, now, I am in a holiday mood and since I am not going anywhere near soon, I am gonna challenge my self again. I used to make a blog challenge back then. But seems like I have forgotten how fun it is to challenge my self and doing this thing. And here I am today. Challenge my self with a series of 7 DAYS JAMIE OLIVER'S 15 MINUTES RECIPE. 

Why Jamie Oliver? 

Simple answer, because his recipes are always fun, bright, looks yum and super practical!


And I wanna explore more recipe from him that I haven't got a chance to try while I am proving this recipe can be done in 15 minutes by a homecook like me. hahaha. 


So let's begin the 7 days journey start from.... TODAY!
