coffee and milk

here's the story.
he takes the milk and i take the coffee.

coffee used to wake you up all day and milk would have put you into a nice sleep.

we're both different, we dont need to make it the same.
if this coffee and milk should've need to be blend in the same glass now, it wouldn't probably be the best decision.

i thought i really need a coffee-booster to help me awake since we drop by this coffee shop named Coffee War in Kemang just before we came to our first Java Jazz Festival. he wanted to have a glass of pure milk since he loved to have his stomach full to earn more energy to sing along the night.

we have a different way to keep us enjoy our concert that night. even we walk in the different ways of choosing our evening companion, we still wondered to come into the same destination, a great concert night, together.

this coffee was perfect, it's mandailing. and it brought me a perfect evening since i came to a very warm private coffee shop with only 2 bartenders and another customer so we can talk more about us being separated for some months.

this milk he had chosen, was the same, perfect. Jakarta was cloudy that afternoon. and it could have just warmth our togetherness between laughs and bunch of missed time.

i could tell you a story, about two glasses with foam, in a different colors, but they did great in their own way.
i could tell you a story, about how these glasses gave us more than a satisfactory evening chat companion.
i could tell you a story, about a glass of fresh milk and another glass of black coffee.

maybe we just don't need to blend it now, maybe they're just too great on its own.....
